Waed Alhawamdeh
Specialist Nurse
Waed Alhawamdeh, a nurse specializing in drug and alcohol abuse treatment. she is currently a specialist nurse for the Specialized Women's Programs Unit at the National Rehabilitation Center in Abu Dhabi.
She graduated in 2007 from the Faculty of Nursing at Al Al– Bayt University where she received her bachelor’s degree in nursing.
She believes the role of nursing care to improve patient life within high standards and evidence-based practice. Therefore, she continued her education to fulfill master’s degree in applied Behavior Health Analysis Program from the faculty of nursing at The Jordan University of science and Technology,2011.
Cumulative experience in clinical services in drug and Alcohol abuse treatment for more than 10 years.
Degrees:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Al Al – Bayt University/ Jordan (2007).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Health Analysis Program, The Jordan University of science and Technology/Jordan (2011).
- Several certificates of nursing care delivery for mental health and substance use disorder patients. Mclean hospital/Harvard medical school in collaborative with national Rehabilitation Center.
